We had the need to get a pool service done on two occasions outside our normal rotation due to previous heavy rains. The latest heavy rain was no different in that the pool needed servicing but we decided to leave it until the rains had finished. Consequently we were left with mud which required quite a lot of attention and we are grateful that Swimart went outside the boundaries of customer service to get our pool back. We thank Swimart immensely for looking after us.

I was worried because I thought i had seriously stuffed up my pool but at no point were they concerned, obviously they’ve seen it all before and just got in and fixed the problem. All have been great to deal with and I would recommend the woree Swimart team to anyone.
